Customer story
Field-team enablement with faster editorial turnaround
A service-led team used Git-backed publishing to keep regional updates moving without opening direct production access.
The challenge
Regional managers needed to publish updates quickly, but direct access to the site codebase was not a realistic option. The business needed a permissioned content workflow that still fit inside normal engineering processes.
The solution
Decap CMS provided the editing layer, while Astro kept the delivery surface static and fast. Cloudflare Pages handled hosting, and GitHub remained the system of record.
Why it matters in a demo
This example lets you show the difference between authoring and implementation:
- Editors interact with content forms.
- Engineers retain repository control.
- Hosting stays cheap and operationally simple.
