Omnichannel sales acceleration for a distributed retail brand

A launch-focused content system gave regional teams a shared publishing process without introducing a heavy SaaS CMS.

The situation

Meridian needed a way to ship retail launch messaging across regional teams without relying on hand-edited landing pages. Marketing wanted speed, operations wanted traceability, and engineering wanted to avoid maintaining a database-backed CMS.

The approach

We used Astro for the front end, stored structured content in GitHub, and exposed a clean editorial interface through Decap CMS. Teams could add campaign stories, update homepage proof points, and manage copy changes inside a controlled content model.

The result

  • Editors stopped requesting code changes for routine content updates.
  • Every publish action created a normal Git commit for reviewability.
  • The delivered site remained fully static and easy to host on Cloudflare Pages.
